Assalaamu Alaikum Brothers and Sisters,
From 27th February, we have changed the Drop Off & Pick Arrangements as follows:
1. The entry gate will open at 8:20 AM
2. Inner parking bay (curbside towards school) will be used ONLY for Drop Off & Pickup - No vehicle should be parked on this side.
3. Parking can be done on the other side, along the boundary wall.
4. Pick up of children of Upper Primary (Y3-Y6) will be from the inner parking bay (same as for drop off). No vehicles should be parked there. The children will be waiting in the pick up area with their teachers.
5. If any children require crossing from one side to other side of the parking, the accompanying guardian MUST walk with them.
6. In case of bad weather, all children will be picked up from inside the school (the school will send sms in such cases)
7. If a child is not picked up (both lower & Upper primary) by 3:55 PM, a penalty of at least $50 will be added to their fees
The above arrangements are to ensure the safety of your children. You are requested to cooperate and adhere to the above rules.
