Consent for the Year 7 and 8 for 2024 admission at Taqwa School

As you know we shall Insha Allah start Year 7 & 8 at Taqwa school in January, 2024. As can be seen, Year 7 & 8 building construction is completed.  We have already started enrollment for Year 7 & 8 students. 

Attached please find a very simple Consent Form for enrollment in Year 7 and 8 in 2024. If you or your friends have any students who would be in Year 7 or 8 in 2024, please fill the attached form.
